The art of baking is an Italian passion whose roots lie in a past made of authenticity and tradition. The passion for pizza was born from the same roots, the one that inspired Pino Gabriele and his son Biagio. Their challenge is to adapt, with skill and professionalism, the ancient production processes of tradition to modern knowledge and technology. From their work of continuous research and innovation was born Laltrapizza, a product that the consumer is able to recognize and distinguish from the "common" pizza for its unmistakable flavor and for its digestibility.

The only pre-baked pizza base can be stored over 90 days at room temperature outside the fridge.

Laltrapizza is a semi-finished product made with only simple and natural ingredients, all the process and its phases; dough, leavening, cooking and packaging are constantly subjecting to strict control to ensure a result of the highest quality.

Each pinsa base is stretched strictly by hand.
